Jeff joined Snider Financial Group as a wealth advisor in 2023. Jeff has over 28 years of experience in
the investment management industry. Prior to joining Snider Financial Management, Jeff was an
Investment Advisor at Summit Family Office Services, he also co-founded Crescita Capital Management
and Rigel Capital Management.
 
One of the things Jeff enjoys the most about his job is helping his clients create goals, dreams and
opportunities that maybe they didn't know was a possibility through their financial planning.
 
Jeff is a Washington State native who graduated from the University of San Francisco with a B.A. In
Finance and a minor in Psychology in 1995. Jeff has held senior roles in trading, research and analysis,
and institutional and individual client servicing.

Jeff and his wife Heidi, a professional equestrian at Hillcrest Training, reside in Woodinville WA, along
with 2 sons and 1 daughter, Jordan, Camden and Elli. Jeff enjoys spending time outdoors in the Pacific
Northwest doing various activities with his family and travelling.

Sheldon holds four designations; the Chartered Special Needs Consultant (ChSNC&reg;)
Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP&reg;) Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC&reg;)
and the Accredited Behavioral Finance Professional (ABFP&reg;) He is also Life and Disability
licensed.
 
In addition to traditional retirement planning Sheldon is extremely passionate about helping
families and their children with special needs. He connects with them on a personal level
because his youngest daughter has Down syndrome. He knows the extra demands that this
puts on families as well as their need for high quality planning.
 
Sheldon has taken a unique path to arrive in the financial services industry. After graduating
from California Maritime Academy in 1988 with a B.S. Degree in Nautical Industrial Technology,
he worked in the industrial marketplace for many years. He and his young family moved from
the Port of Los Angeles to the Port of Seattle, and the Port of Honolulu where Sheldon held a
variety of logistic and maritime management positions with Matson Navigation.

With a robust background in financial advisory services, Joe Dominick serves as a key
member of the team at Snider Financial Group. Joe brings over 17 years of experience
in wealth management and financial planning, helping individuals and families achieve
their financial goals through strategic investment management, retirement planning, and
estate planning strategies.
 
From a young age, Joe faced family challenges and hurdles that ultimately led him to
his professional calling. He forged his path forward through the development of his own
financial plan and strongly believes that every client deserves the careful and cautious
approach that he takes to help his clients paint their own unique picture. He considers
what his savvy grandfather preached to him daily to always treat others fairly and with
respect, look people in the eye and shake their hand firmly when doing business, and to
constantly be mindful of their best interests when serving others. These pillars of truth
have guided Joe into a place of familiarity with the comprehensive planning approach
that he brings to each client relationship and the fiduciary duty that he holds so high.
