My primary role as a Wealth Advisor is to provide the clients of HIGHLAND Financial Advisors the life-changing experience of financial progress and freedom. In addition to working with clients, my role as an Owner of HIGHLAND Financial Advisors is to lead and assist in various management responsibilities while being a steward of our firm's Team First Approach.

My primary role as a Wealth Advisor is to provide the clients of HIGHLAND Financial Advisors with the confidence to make good decisions around money and help achieve what matters most to them. As an Owner of HIGHLAND Financial Advisors, I am involved in management activities and fostering a culture of putting others first.

I began as a Senior Analyst during the pandemic at the beginning of 2020 and focused on obtaining my CFP<sup>&reg;</sup> designation. Fortunately, despite Covid, raising my two boys, starting a new job, and finalizing a divorce, I passed the CFP<sup>&reg;</sup> final exam and became a Wealth Advisor. After experiencing the divorce process firsthand and witnessing many areas that could derail someone's financial plan, I have decided to make this an area of focus and am a member of The National Association of Divorce Professionals.

I work part-time, generally Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. The most competent CPAs will get you to the same place within the CPA profession. As Wealth Advisors, we can change clients' lives. In addition to managing the clients I brought to the firm, I enjoy being a resource to the firm for tax and investment advice. Having worked in many "silo" firms, I enjoy being part of the HIGHLAND Financial Advisors team approach.

My primary role at HIGHLAND Financial Advisors is the steward of our culture and mission. As a Wealth Advisor, I love the work I do helping people discover the life that is calling to them and providing clarity and a plan to realize their goals and objectives. As the Chief Investment Officer, I ensure we pursue evidence-based investment strategies that will most likely improve our clients' odds of success.
